Mobile for Platform - Enable Remote Timecard Access

In order for your technicians to be able to use Successware Mobile, their timecard will need to have the Remote Control box checked.

1) This will automatically be checked for them when they login for the day.

2) While this is checked your office staff will not be able to make changes to the call progress if the technician has times in the call.

3) You may want to remove access to make corrections to the call progress or timecard.


To enable or disable access:

1. Open the timecard of the employee by going to:
Main Menu-> Payroll-> Timecard Manager

2. Check or uncheck the Remote access checkbox.

3. Click Yes if the system asks if you want to disable the employee's ability to modify their timecard.
