Your Assignment Section
Before you are dispatched, you will see a preview for your next assignment.
This includes:
- The appointment time for this job.
- If the job that you are currently on is a call back, the original job number will be next to the callback symbol. This will be next to your current job number:
- Whether the call is confirmed or not:
- The customer’s name:

- Tapping on this opens the customer record, providing the location’s current and historical information.
- Phone numbers to reach the customer:
- Tapping on this allows you to call the customer, if your device allows it.
- Any Opportunity Flags that are appropriate for this call. The drop-down lists might show visits that are due, expiring agreements, and equipment that is over ten years old.
- The job type and the instructions of the assignment.
- A scoreboard that tracks Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs that are set by the Successware Mobile Admin.
Dispatching
When you are ready to go to your next call, you can dispatch yourself. By dispatching, the app will simultaneously make a job punch and a timecard punch to mark your status as “Dispatched”.
Steps:
1. Tap the “Dispatch” button for the assignment on the Home screen.
2. You can see your Timecard status is updated to “Dispatched” and continue to view assignment info on the Assignment screen.
En Route
While you are on the way to the assignment, there are tools on the Assignment screen to help you get to the location, contact the customer, and familiarize yourself with the job.
- When is the job scheduled for and the expected duration.
- If the job that you are currently on is a call back, the original job number will be next to the callback symbol.
- The customer’s name.
- Tapping on this opens the customer record, providing the location’s current and historical information.
- Phone numbers to reach the customer:
- Tapping on this allows you to call the customer, if your device allows it.
- GPS Navigation
- Tapping on this allows you to open a map app on your device to navigate to the customer’s home (Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.).
- Location and Directions Notes
The assignment details, including the instructions and job type.
Arriving Onsite
By confirming arrival, the app will simultaneously make a job punch and a timecard punch to mark your status as “Onsite”.
Steps:
1. Tap the “Confirm arrival” button on the Assignment screen.
2. The Timecard status will be updated to “Onsite”.
