The Customer Record allows you to check the current customer’s information, including Customer Info, Jobs, Agreements, and Equipment. This article will review the Customer Info tab within the Customer Record.
You can access the Customer Record by selecting the menu button in the top right and selecting the Customers option to search for a customer.
Contact Details
This is information about the customer’s location including:
- The customer's name.
- How the customer heard about your company.
- The customer’s phone number(s) and email.
You may make changes to the fields by tapping on the edit button next to each group.
Service Location
This is information about the customer’s location, including:
- The Type of location.
- The Zone of the location.
- The customer's full address.
- Location notes.
- Direction notes.
You may make changes to the Service Location by tapping on the edit button.
Billing Account Details
The Billing Account Details section cannot be edited within the app. This section shows the address for the main billing account. This may be the same as the Service location, or it may be a different address.
