This contains information about work that has been performed at the customer’s location.

 

Jobs List

This is a list that will display jobs that have been performed at the customer’s location including:

  • Job Number
  • Job Type
  • Job Start Date
  • Job Progress Status

Tapping on a job will bring up more details about that job.

These are the details of the job that has been performed at the customer’s location, including:

  • Job Details
    • Job Number
    • Job Progress Status
    • Job Type
    • Job Instructions
    • Schedule Date
    • Department
    • Primary Technician
    • Equipment
    • Work Completed Notes
    • Work Suggested Notes
    • Invoice

  • Invoice Details
    • Invoice Number
    • Invoice Date
    • Invoice Amount

Job Forms

You will be able to see forms that were submitted for a job. This button will exist even if there were no forms submitted. You can tap on the button to see the forms.

Once in the form list, you can tap on a form to open it.

Required and Recommended Forms

Admins can now make forms required and recommended for different job types and job classes. A technician can see the form that is required for the job by doing the following once the job is open.

  1. Click on forms.
  2. Click on add forms.
  3. Select the forms required and recommended for the job type.
  4. Submit the forms.
