Mobile for Platform - Customer Record - Equipment

This contains information about the equipment of the location and allows you to add or edit equipment information.

 

Equipment List

This shows the details of a specific equipment and allows you to change values if necessary:

  • The equipment type.
  • The equipment age.
  • The location of the equipment.
  • The system descriptor of the equipment.
  • If the equipment has an active or expired warranty.

Tapping on a piece of equipment will bring up more details about it and edit information about the equipment.

Tapping on the “+ Add equipment” button will allow you to add new equipment for this location.

Equipment Details

This is information about the customer’s location, including:

  • Specifications.
  • The condition of the equipment.
  • Installation details.
  • Warranty Information.

Tapping on the edit button allows you to edit some of the information.

Some fields can only be changed after they are saved by the office.

  • Model and Serial Number
  • Unit Size
  • Filter Count
  • Filter Size

Installation Fields

  • Equipment Location
  • Installed by us (Not Editable after Created)
  • Installed By (Not Editable after Created)
  • Installed Date
  • Sold By (Not Editable after Created)

When you add new equipment, the Age and Install Dates will be synced. By default, the Installation date will be equal to the current date. For example, if today is 3/14/2020 and the age is 5 years, the install date was 3/14/2015.

Warranty Fields
These Fields cannot be edited from the Successware App. If you need them changed, please call your office.

  • Warranty Type
  • Provided by (Vendor / In-House)
  • Vendor (if not In-House Warranty)
  • Labor/Parts Date Range
