Mobile for Platform - Settings and Support

This screen allows you to see settings for the app and the Support Team’s contact information, in case you need some assistance with certain features or errors.

Settings

Under Settings you can see the current version of the app. You will also be able to see if there is a new version about the app. You can click on the Update button to be taken to the store page to update your app.

 

For iOS users only, we've added a new Display option that allows you to set a Display theme. You can use Light, Dark, or your default theme for your device.  This function will be available to Android users in the future as well.

Support

There are 3 methods that you can use to communicate with us:

• Chat: This is an instant messaging service that allows you to chat with us in app.

• Phone: You can call us at: 888-251-2779, and we will answer your questions.

• Email: You can email us your questions.

 

Chat with Us

You can chat with us within the app.

1. Start by tapping on the "Chat with us" option.

2. You can start chatting with our representatives. We may take a moment to get to your chat, but we will be with you shortly.

3. It may be necessary to attach a screenshot.

a. On most devices, you can tap on the power button and the volume down buttons at the same time to capture a screenshot.

b. You can then tap on the paperclip symbol to add the picture.

c. Choose Photo library.

d. Navigate to the picture.


4. Once the chat is complete, you can end the chat by tapping on the ellipsis "SaS5.png" button at the top of the screen.

5. You may choose to tap on the request transcript to get a copy of the chat session emailed to you.

6. Tap on the "End chat" option.

 

Call Us

If you tap on the Call Us option, the Successware Support number will be copied to your clipboard.

Email Us

You can email us questions.

1. Tap on the "Email us" option.
2. An email will be created addressed to Successware Support.
