When the device is offline, you are still able to use some important features in the app, so your workflow will not be blocked.
Customer Record
Once you have entered the Customer Record screen once, when you navigate to the Customer Record screen again without an internet connection, you can still view it.
Your Assignment
1. Once you have previewed your assignment on the Home screen, when you navigate to the Home screen again without an internet connection, you can still see the same customer and assignment info that you have viewed before.
2. Once you have viewed your assignment on the Assignment screen, when you navigate to the Assignment screen again without an internet connection, you can still see the same customer and assignment info that you have viewed before.
Work Suggested/Done Notes
You can edit the Work Suggested & Work Done notes in offline mode. Your updates will be synced automatically to Successware when your device is back online.
PriceBook
You can view the same PriceBook as you have viewed before and build the invoice in offline mode.
