This page includes information about your company, including the company:
- Logo
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
The TaxID will print at the top of invoices and statements.
The Payment Link Expiration determines how long a payment link sent to a customer will be available. If the customer does not click the link to pay within that time period, a new email will need to be sent out.
Module Configuration
This page allows you to decide when you want to begin keeping track of the count of items in inventory.
Invoice Setting
The Invoice Setting page allows you to specify the default notes that should appear on Invoices, Quotes, Addendums, Renewals, and Work Orders.
For the Invoice notes, you can enter these in the Invoice Note 1 and Invoice Note 2 fields. These notes will appear above the payment stub on every printed Accounts Receivable invoice.
Quotes
The Quotes button will give you access to the Quote Print Settings window. This window will allow you to choose the default information that you would like to appear on printed sales quotes. These print options include the ability to add:
- An opening or introductory paragraph to the quote
- A closing paragraph
- Acceptance text which will be accompanied by signature lines
Addendum Notes
Renewal Notes
In some cases, notes, terms and conditions need to be printed on renewal notices to meet legal requirements. You can configure up to three separate notes along with titles that will appear on the printed or emailed invoice.
Work Order Notes
Financial
On the Financial page, the activation date is when you will begin posting transactions to the General Ledger.
Work Order Printing
The Work Order Printing page allows you to control the information that displays on a preview or printed Work Order.
Place a check next to the items that you want to appear on the previewed or printed Work Order.
Other
The Other page has two tabs. On the Other tab, you can specify:
- Which days can be selected as Agreement Periodic Billing dates during the month.
- Whether or not you would like to use the Vendor Change Approval Process. his new, optional process forces any change to a vendor to be approved by a second employee who has the appropriate user permission.
-
This option is only recommended for our customers who require a second staff member to approve changes to vendor accounts. This option will not allow anyone, even the owner of the company to make changes to vendors without approval from a second user.
-
Note- If you utilize this new option, no one at your company, or the Successware Support team will have the ability to make changes to vendors without another user approving those changes. Even if you disable this option, if any changes had been made while it was turned on, this option cannot be turned off until those changes are approved by a second user.
-
- Whether you would like to utilize a note on purchase orders.
- Whether you would like to add a message to the Signature line on Timecard Reports.
The Receivables tab allows you to determine the finance charges you would like to set.
Call Center (Dispatch)
On the Call Center (Dispatch) page, you can choose to round out the times on employee timecards.
Employee timecards in Successware can be calibrated in fixed increments of 1, 3, 5, 6, 10, or 15 minutes. Under the Timecard Calibration dropdown menu, select the interval in minutes that you want to use for recording timecard entries.
Select ‘1’ if you want to keep time to the exact minute.
Recurring Payment Setting
The Recurring Payment Setting page has two tabs. If you are interested in utilizing recurring payments from your customers, you can click the slider option. Please enter an email address which the system can use to alert you if any payments fail.
