Mobile for Classic - Debrief: Job Summary

The Debrief screens allows you to enter information about the job performed and the parts used.

The Job Summary screen is only available after the payment signature is collected.

 

Job Summary

The Job Summary is where you will enter information about the job.

Notes: Non-primary technician would not see/edit Job Summary.

 

Steps:

1. Tap on the Job Summary button on the Assignment screen.

2. Fill out the information relevant to the opportunities on the job:

  • Agreement Opportunity - Was there an opportunity to sell an agreement to a customer that doesn’t have one?
    • Agreement Sold – Was the agreement opportunity sold. If this is marked, you can enter:
      • What type of Agreement?
      • How long is the agreement for?
      • What is the agreement price?
      • Was this paid in Full or paid Partially?
      • Was this included with an install?
  • Replacement Opportunity - Was there an opportunity to sell a new piece of equipment?

    • Replacement Sold - Was the replacement opportunity sold, and if so, how much was the value of that replacement?
      This will not show unless Replacement Opportunity is checked.
  • Warranty Opportunity - Was there an opportunity to sell an extended warranty?
    • Warranty Sold - Was the extended warranty sold, and if so, how much was the value of that warranty and the length of the warranty in years?
      This will not show unless Warranty Opportunity is checked.
  • Additional Opportunity - Was there an additional opportunity to sell to or interact with the customer?

    • This could be selling a type of equipment or service, noting a happy customer to use as a reference, etc.
    • Lead Job Required - Does this opportunity require a salesperson to come back to the customer’s house for an estimate?
      This will not show unless Warranty Opportunity is checked.
    • The following give further information to the opportunity and will not show up unless both the Additional Opportunity and Lead job Required are checked.
      • Opportunity Type - What type of opportunity is this?
      • Customer notified - Is the customer aware of the opportunity?
      • Follow up date and notes - When should someone follow up with the customer and what should that person know?


3. Fill out the information about the job itself by tapping on the edit button.
4. Some information will be entered for you. You will need to enter:

  • Agreements Sold and Billed – How much of the invoice value is related to the selling of agreements or collecting a periodic billing.
  • Money Task Counts - How many items or services did you sell that are not diagnostic and are not charged to warranty or an agreement.
  • Warranty Call - Was warranty work performed on this job?
  • Contract Maintenance / Non-contract maintenance - Was maintenance work performed on this job and was it covered under a contract or agreement?
    Only one of these may be selected at a time.
  • Call Back - Was this job related to an error or oversight from a previous job?
    • If it was, you will be required to fill in the job that caused this call back.
