Mobile for Classic - Settings and Support

This screen allows you to see settings for the app and the Support Team’s contact information, in case you need some assistance with certain features or errors.

Settings

Under Settings you can see the current version of the app. You will also be able to see if there is a new version about the app and you can click on the Update button to be taken to the store page to update your app.

Support

There are 3 methods that you can communicate with us:

• Chat: This is an instant messaging service that allows you to chat with us in app.

• Phone: You can call us at: 888-251-2779 and we will answer your questions.

• Email: You can email us your questions.

 

Chat with Us

You can chat with us within the app. Start by tapping on the Chat with us option.

You may begin chatting with our representatives.

We may take a moment to get to your chat, but we will be with you shortly.

 

Call Us

If you tap on the Call Us option, the Successware Support number will be copied to your clipboard.



Email Us

You can email us questions.

1. Tap on the Email Us option.
2. An email will be created addressed to us.

 

 

Clear Pricebook

You can also clear out all Pricebook data from your mobile device and resync back to the Pricebook in Successware with this option.
