Enable Remote Timecard Access

In order for your technicians to be able to use Successware Mobile, their timecard will need to have the Remote Control box checked. This will automatically be checked for them when they login for the day.

While this is checked your office staff will not be able to make changes to the call progress if the technician has time in the call. You will see a red padlock icon in the call progress if the employee has remote access to it. If there are no times in the call progress, you will be able to make changes from the office.

3. Close the timecard.

4. Click Yes when it asks if you want to keep the employee disabled.
