Mobile for Classic - Primary Employee and Remote Employee

On the job form, there are 2 fields on the job that relate to Successware Mobile.

  • Primary Employee: This technician is the primary employee of the job. They get the credit for the job in reports. They get control of the invoice if there is no Remote Employee.
  • Remote Employee: This technician has control over the invoice. If this field is blank the Primary Employee has control over the invoice.

This allows you to keep the Primary Employee constant even if the technician that needs the invoice control changes.
