Mobile for Platform Updates:

  • In the Mobile Admin page, admins can now specify which Pricebook categories will be visible to different types of employees within Successware Mobile.

  • The new Sales Dashboard allows salespersons to track their Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs.

  • Opportunity Flags will display potential customer sales opportunities, such as aging equipment, visits due, and expiring agreements.

  • Invoices can no longer be edited once they have been voided.

  • Technicians listed as the Remote Tech on a job can edit invoices.

  • We're introducing the Technician Scorecard, which uses our new integration with Power BI to allow technicians to monitor and achieve targets effectively with comprehensive progress tracking.

  • For iOS devices only, we've implemented a Dark mode feature to enhance the user experience and improve readability.

  • Technicians can now seamlessly continue work on calls spanning past midnight for uninterrupted service delivery.

  • Technicians can now update Fixed Prepaid Agreements.

  • Technicians and Salespersons can now take deposits right from the Options screen, even for estimate calls where the work will be done later.

  • We've added a new option to the menu called, "My Job History". This allows mobile users to see their previous jobs over a specified time period.

Feature Enhancements

Mobile Updates:

  • Technicians cannot change the invoice or the invoice type after it is posted.
  • Technicians can see the discount is calculated correctly based on the discount type if they edit the task price.
  • Notes can be autosaved by clicking a toggle option.

Mobile for Classic Updates:

  • Removed duplicated notes.

Mobile for Platform Updates:

    • Technicians can delete authorized agreements from the invoice.
    • Technicians can now apply a discount percentage to the total invoice amount.
    • Technicians can renew agreements which were not renewed successfully in the past.
    • Technicians will enter the Option Preview screen after tapping on the Sign button.
    • Admins can toggle whether they want technicians to see the schedule option.
    • When a task with a price level lower than the standard price is added to a regular invoice, then the standard price will not be visible on the invoice preview screen.
